BYD COMPANY-100 (01211.HK)(002594.SZ)'s high-end brand, Denza, began pre-sales for its N8L, a D-segment 6-seat SUV, with a pre-sale price starting at RMB318,900, according to Goldman Sachs' research report. Based on the broker's product comparison analysis, the Denza N8L scores the highest among new energy SUVs priced between RMB300,000 and RMB400,000, with top scores in price, range, size and autopilot areas. In the RMB300,000-400,000 price range market, the top two best-selling models are the AITO M8 and LI AUTO-W (02015.HK)'s L7, both being 5-seater models, while the current third-ranking Li L8 is a 6-seater model, same as Denza N8L. Given its higher score than the L8, Goldman Sachs estimated the N8L to achieve an average monthly sales of 6,000 units, exceeding the L8's 5,000 units, compared to the AITO M8's average monthly sales of 16,000 units over the past year and Li L7's 9,000 units in the same period.
